Terms + Conditions

 A $99 non-refundable payment to reserve a session space at the studio for the 2024 calendar year. Please keep in mind that, due to the nature of our business, session fees + vouchers are non-refundable for any reason should you cancel your session. In order to treat all clients equally, these terms are non-negotiable and will be enforced regardless of circumstances.

- Session vouchers are good for session dates during the calendar year of 2024 only. Failure to redeem during 2024 will result in forfeiture.

- In order to redeem your session voucher, you must schedule your consultation call no later than 12/30/23. We do not allow more than 1 rescheduling of your appointment. If you cancel more than twice, your voucher is forfeited.

- In order to redeem your session voucher, you must have your session date selected and pre-payment plan set up no later than 3/5/24, otherwise, your voucher is forfeited. 

- $99 voucher is good for ONE session date only. Any rescheduling will void promotion and $99 balance will be due to select a new date.

- The studio is CLOSED on all holidays.

- Session vouchers may NOT be combined with any other offers, including but not limited to model calls.

- Please keep in mind our studio typically books anywhere 3-6 months in advance and it is up to you, the client, to reach out to confirm your session date before we come fully booked. Should the studio be fully booked by the time you reach out, you will be placed on a waiting list for cancellations. Refunds will not be given due to reaching out late and the studio being fully booked.

- Studio vouchers may NOT be transferred to another person. The person who paid for the session voucher must be the person to sign the contract and arrive for the session.

- Pre-payment is required. Our minimum purchase is $1800. All clients must set up a pre-session payment plan.

- Please review the pricing and product guide and be fully prepared for your consultation call. This guide will be emailed to you within 72 hours of purchasing your session voucher.

- Full list of terms and conditions available in our contract, which must be signed within 48 hours of the consultation call.
